장비전원 ON 순서
1. SMC2009 전원 ON
2. 현미경 Main controller 전원 ON
3. 현미경 본체 전원 ON
4. 형광 샘플 관찰 시 HXP120V 전원 ON
5. 인큐베이터 사용 시 전원 ON
6. Software
7. 전원 OFF는 역순
주의사항
1. Nosepiece turret 손으로 조작 금지
2. HXP120 사용 시 30분 이상 사용(전원 OFF 후 최소 20분 이상 열을 식힌 후 재 사용)
3. HXP120 light guide가 충격을 받거나 많이 휘지 않도록 주의
4. Stage를 누르지 않도록 주의
5. TL/RL 광원이 동시에 나오지 않도록 확인
6. 설정 값 변경 금지
